Short Mullet Haircut: 6 Styles, Lengths and How to Ask for It
A short mullet keeps the mullet shape but only lets the back grow a few centimetres longer than the sides. It is the version for people who like the idea but do not want a big commitment, or who need something that passes at school or work. It also covers what some people call the mini mullet.
How short is a short mullet?
The back sits 3–5 cm below the hairline, usually above or just touching the collar. The sides can be scissor-cut, tapered or faded. The top is typically 4–7 cm with texture.
